Refund policy

At The Curated House, we maintain strict quality control standards to ensure that every product delivered meets our expectations. As a result, our return and refund policy is limited and strictly enforced.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, or
- You have received an incorrect item
👉 We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for any other reasons, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Size or preference issues
- Minor color or appearance variations
- Delay in delivery
All other sales are considered final and non-returnable.
2. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- You must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos as proof

- Include your Order ID in the email
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of your request.
3. Return Process
- Returns are accepted only after approval from our team
- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for return

4. Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and unworn
- Must be in original packaging
- Tags and invoice must be intact
5. Resolution (Replacement / Refund)
Once your request is verified:
- A replacement will be provided (subject to availability), or
- A refund or store credit will be issued at our discretion
6. Reverse Pickup
- Reverse pickup will be arranged where available
- If reverse pickup is not available, the customer may be required to self-ship the product
7. Refund Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
- It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund
If you do not receive your refund within 10–15 business days, please contact us.
8. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- Gift cards
9. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may return the item (as per policy), and once approved, you can place a new order separately.
10. European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union:
- You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period
- You may cancel or return your order within 14 days without justification
- The item must still meet all return conditions (unused, original packaging, etc.)
11. Final Note
Except in cases where:
- The product is damaged, or
- The wrong item was delivered
👉 All sales are final and non-returnable.
